Raquel Sud founded Rican Amazing Food in 2017, serving Central New Jersey. She turned her love of cooking into a celebration of her Puerto Rican heritage. Built on family recipes, authentic flavor and homemade sofrito, the business reflects the pride Raquel brings to every dish.

Kevin Ospina later joined Raquel in growing the business. Today, Rican Amazing Food brings authentic Puerto Rican food and orgullo to tables in New Jersey and North Carolina.
